Course Overview

We dive into the discussion of creating a healthy work environment and what it entails. A positive conversation that had Winifred sharing her deepest thoughts on what made her transition from her career as a nurse to working in HR.

Winifred in the course of our discussion noted that “We should not let what happens in the workforce to change your attitude” and it was such an inspirational moment. She noted that to properly understand and transition into a HR role, we should research on the different HR roles and find out the one that works best for us.

Adese mentioned that “The best time to learn is in chaos” to which Winifred wholeheartedly agreed and she concluded with the following key points:

1. Always remain a student, be open to learn and be observant.
