About the Speaker
Bukola Bayo-Yusuf is an award-winning HR professional with nearly two decades of HR experience in a variety
of roles ranging from early careers recruitment and development, leadership and talent development,
performance management and more recently as the Head of HRBPs for central functions within a FTSE
company.

She is passionate about diversity and career development and has won several awards from the ‘Recruiting
Diverse Talent’ award from Race for Opportunity in 2014 to more recently the ‘We Are The City Award’ for HR
and Recruitment in 2021. It is from this passion that she co-founded Excellerate Black Futures initiative
which aims to support and elevate young black students, graduates and professionals early in their careers.

She is also an experienced speaker and has spoken at several conferences including more recently the UK Black
British Week and Black Tech Fest in 2021.

A family renowned foodie, she enjoys travelling with her husband and three children to experience new
cuisines and in her (very little) spare time leads a 6-week pre-marital guidance course for couples about to
marry.
